Experience
I started investing in real estate during the financial crash of 2008. I began with single-family homes, transitioned to multifamily properties, and eventually pivoted to self-storage and industrial real estate investments. Currently, I own and operate 11 storage facilities across 4 states, with partnerships in many more. Over the past 15+ years, I've been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions and have owned properties in almost all 50 states at one time or another. I've made a ton of mistakes—mistakes from thinking I had to do it on my own and mistakes from listening to the wrong advice. Now, through real estate coaching, I am fortunate enough to help others avoid those same missteps and jumpstart their path to success.
